Are you up for a little challenge to see if we can motivate you?

Starting this Sunday, we have created a very simple, and we believe, very effective challenge, that should motivate anyone.  The Challenge requires 2.5 mins of your time as soon as you wake up, and when you get into bed at night, each day, for 1 week.

It’s a mini challenge for you, and it’s an experiment for us.  We’ll ask you to rate your motivation out of 10, at the beginning, and at the end, and compare the results.
