As a Barista, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, crafting and serving high-quality beverages and treats. Key Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Crafting:

   • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, teas, and other specialty drinks.
   • Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
   • Blending and serving a range of healthy smoothies

2. Customer Interaction:

   • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
   • Take customer orders, answer inquiries, and make product recommendations.

3. Operational Support:

   • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the drive-thru, working closely with the management team.
   • Contribute to inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

4. Product Knowledge:

   • Stay informed about product offerings, including coffee blends, teas, and additional items like ice cream.
   • Communicate product details to customers effectively.

5. Cleanliness and Organization:

   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the serving and preparation areas.
   • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Passion for coffee or healthy smoothies
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
