Salary: £26,000 – £29,000

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Assistant Manager for our brand new Maxxpresso Drive-Thru. The Assistant Manager will work closely in tandem with the manager, sharing responsibilities and contributing to the overall success of Maxxpresso. This key position involves a dynamic partnership, where both roles collaborate seamlessly to ensure the smooth operation of our Drive-Thru cafe. You will oversee the daily operations of our drive-thru facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and the highest quality of products.
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the drive-thru, including order processing, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Ensure the drive-thru facility meets health and safety standards at all times.
Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring all team members provide friendly and efficient service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership: Train and supervise drive-thru staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Product Quality: Monitor product quality and presentation, ensuring that all beverages and ice cream items meet company standards.
Implement and enforce food safety and quality control measures.
Financial Management: Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily financial reporting.
Work towards achieving sales targets and implement cost-control measures.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a drive-thru setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
